Hikari is accepting author/editor proposals for books and monographs as well as conference proceedings of meetings. To submit a new proposal for a book, monograph or conference proceedings, please download a Book Proposal Form and send it by e-mail.

All books submitted to Hikari are subject to peer review. The books are evaluated by external reviewers (anonymous to authors) and refereed within 1 month. Upon acceptance the books are published online within one week and on paper-edition within 3 months.

Access policy:Hikari provides free access to our books.

Publication fee:There is a publication fee at the rate of 25 EUR per page to be paid by the author, author's research funds, projects, grants, author's institution, etc. There aren't book submission charges.
