Hikari is a publisher of international scientific journals and books. The company was founded in 2005 and it is registered and operating in Bulgaria. Hikari editions cover a wide range of disciplines with journals cataloged in significant number of libraries and specialized repositories.
Hikari is a member of SPARC Europe (Scholarly Publishing and Academic Resources Coalition) and APAIS (Asia-Pacific Academic and Industrial Services). The journals of Hikari Ltd are archived digitally in PORTICO - a digital preservation service whose mission is to preserve scholarly literature and to ensure long-term access to electronic archives. Hikari is a member of Publishers International Linking Association (CrossRef ).
Hikari aims to provide high-level quality service in scientific publishing. We aim our journals to maintain the highest international standards of quality, with editorial boards composed of scholars well known around the world. We combine the standards of scientific quality together with efficient peer-review process. Hikari provides free access to our books and free access to all papers of published issues of our journals. Forthcoming issues and articles in press contain papers which have been peer reviewed, accepted, copy edited and formatted. Articles in press are citable but should not be considered as a final form of publication since text could still change before final publication. We will continue to keep our growing force in the scientific publishing and develop the high quality knowledge-based products and service for the scientific, academic and research communities worldwide.
E. Minchev holds master's degree from Sofia University and Ph.D degree from Chiba University, Japan. He has specialized in mathematical sciences in Waseda University, Tokyo, Japan. E. Minchev stayed for research work at University of Oldenburg (Germany), University of Amiens (France), University of Haifa (Israel), University of Gdansk (Poland), University of Graz (Austria), etc. He is author of a monograph and over 80 research papers published in international journals.
Plamena Yordanova graduated from Ruse University, Bulgaria with master's degree in engineering sciences.
