The authors are cordially invited to submit papers by e-mail. Please specify the title of the journal and provide us with contact e-mail and mailing address. Manuscripts submitted to the journals of Hikari Ltd will be considered for publication with the understanding that the same work has not been published and is not under consideration for publication elsewhere. Acknowledgement will be sent within a few business days upon receiving of a paper.
The papers submitted to our journals are refereed within 2-3 months and upon acceptance the papers are published within 3 months.
The manuscript should be prepared using LaTeX (preferred) or Word processing system, basic font Roman 12pt size. The papers should be in English and typed in frames 14 x 21.6 cm (margins 3.5 cm on left and right and 4 cm on top and bottom) on A4-format white paper or American format paper. On the first page leave 7 cm space on the top for the journal's headings. The papers must have abstract, as well as subject classification and keywords.
The references should be in alphabetic order and must be organized as follows:

Check your paper status

In case that:
- The author hasn't received e-mail acknowledging receiving of a submitted paper for more than one week,
or
- The author hasn't received e-mail with the referee decision for more than 3 months,
or
- The author hasn't received e-mail acknowledging receiving of the final files of accepted paper for more than one week,

please send e-mail to hikari@m-hikari.com inquiring the status of the paper and containing the following data:
- Date of submission
- Journal's title
- Title of the paper.
E-mail with the paper status will be sent within a few business days.
