Please specify the title of the journal and provide us with contact e-mail and mailing address. Acknowledgement will be sent within a few business days upon receiving of a paper.

All papers submitted to journals of Hikari Ltd are subject to peer review. The papers are evaluated by external reviewers (anonymous to authors) and refereed within one month (average time for review; might varying from 1 week to two months). Upon acceptance the papers are published online within one week and on paper-edition within 3 months.

Manuscripts submitted to the journals of Hikari Ltd will be considered for publication with the understanding that the same work has not been published and is not under consideration for publication elsewhere. The authors should ensure that they have written entirely original work with appropriately cited works of other authors used in the paper. The corresponding author should ensure that all co-authors have seen and approved the final version of the paper and have agreed to its submission for publication. When an author discovers a significant error or inaccuracy in his/her own published work, it is the author's obligation to notify the publisher and cooperate with the editor to retract or correct the paper. When a reader discovers a significant error or inaccuracy in a paper or book published by Hikari Ltd, or have any other complaint about editorial content (plagiarism, self-plagiarism, data fabrication and falsification, simultaneous submissions, duplicate publication, overlapping publications, redundant publications, selective reporting, misleading reporting, improper author contribution or attribution, gift authorship, citation manipulation, impact factor manipulation, index/influence measure manipulation, undeclared/fake financial support for publication, undisclosed conflicts of interest, etc.), he/she should make a complaint by e-mail to: hikari@m-hikari.com . We welcome complaints as they provide an opportunity for improvement, and we aim to respond quickly and constructively.

Policy of screening for plagiarism: Papers submitted to Hikari journals will be screened for plagiarism using Similarity Check / iThenticate plagiarism detection tools. Hikari journals will immediately reject papers leading to plagiarism or self-plagiarism.

The manuscript should be prepared using LaTeX or Word processing system, basic font Roman 12pt size. The papers should be in English and typed in frames 14 x 21.6 cm (margins 3.5 cm on left and right and 4 cm on top and bottom) on A4-format white paper or American format paper. On the first page leave 7 cm space on the top for the journal's headings. The papers must have abstract and keywords.

Access policy: Hikari provides free access to our books and free access to all papers of published issues of our journals. Forthcoming issues and articles in press contain papers which have been peer reviewed, accepted, copy edited and formatted. Articles in press are citable but should not be considered as a final form of publication since text could still change before final publication. Access to articles in press is available for registered users (free registration is accepted), editors, authors and reviewers. Access to articles in press is freely available after a period not exceeding two months.

Publication fee: Detailed information on publication fees is available at Author Guidelines webpage of the respective journal. Papers submitted to the following journals:

will not be subject to any publication fees.

Check your paper status

In case that:

      - The author hasn't received e-mail acknowledging receiving of a submitted paper for more than one week,
      - The author hasn't received e-mail with the referee decision for more than 3 months,
      - The author hasn't received e-mail acknowledging receiving of the final files of accepted paper for more than one week,

please send e-mail to hikari@m-hikari.com inquiring the status of the paper and containing the following data:

      - Date of submission
      - Journal's title
      - Title of the paper.

E-mail with the paper status will be sent within a few business days.
