INTERNATIONAL JOURNAL OF Call for papers The authors are cordially invited to submit papers to the managing editor by e-mail. Manuscripts submitted to this journal will be considered for publication with the understanding that the same work has not been published and is not under consideration for publication elsewhere. The papers submitted to the journal are refereed within 2-3 months. Upon acceptance the papers are published within 3 months.
